Three ways to work together

Choose the support
your business needs.

You don’t need a mountain of content. You need a plan you can use. Every option is quoted to an agreed scope for one website.

01 / One-time project

Page refresh

Make one important service page easier to find, understand and act on.

  • One service-page rewrite, up to 800 words
  • Page title and meta description
  • Up to five relevant FAQs
  • Two Google Business Profile post drafts
  • One revision round

03 / Content & support

Content & publishing

A steady content plan, with agreed publishing support on your existing channels.

  • Two articles a month, up to 1,200 words each
  • Two Google Business Profile posts
  • Two Instagram caption drafts
  • One revision round per article
  • Agreed publishing with existing access
  • A monthly Search Console review and progress note

A quote for content and support

Discuss publishing support

A clear scope from the start.

We agree the topic, schedule, approval process and any publishing access before work begins. Drafts are for your review; publishing is included only where agreed. Technical repairs, website rebuilds, extra pages, directory corrections, ads and account setup are quoted separately. Rankings, traffic and AI citations cannot be guaranteed.

See the writing

Good content makes
the next step easier.

A service page should tell customers what’s included, answer practical questions and help them decide whether to enquire.

A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

Is this for a business like mine?

Harmon Content is for small service businesses that want clearer website content and a manageable plan for answering customers’ questions. A one-page project is a useful place to start if you’re not ready for monthly support.

How much does it cost?

Each option is quoted after a short discussion about your website and what you need. You receive the deliverables, limits, schedule and price in writing before work starts.

Will you publish the content for me?

Page refresh and Content care deliver drafts for review. Content & publishing includes publishing only on the website and channels agreed in the quote, with the access needed to do that work. New accounts and technical fixes are separate.

What do SEO, GEO and AEO mean here?

SEO helps search engines find and understand your pages. GEO and AEO describe visibility in generative and answer-based search. The work here focuses on useful answers, accurate business details, clear page structure and appropriate metadata. No service can promise a ranking or an AI citation.

Do I need a new website?

Often the useful starting point is improving the website you have. These options cover content. If a technical repair, theme change or rebuild is needed, we discuss it and quote it separately.
