Content & support · agreed monthly plan
Content and publishing support for your existing channels.
Keep a useful content plan moving from draft to publication. This option combines finite monthly writing with publishing support on the website and channels named in your written quote.
What is included?
Two articles a month, up to 1,200 words each, two Google Business Profile posts, two Instagram caption drafts, one revision round per article, agreed publishing with existing access, and a monthly Search Console review and progress note. Scope is agreed for one website.
Who this is for
You want a steady writing plan and help publishing approved content through channels you already use. The scope names the website, the existing channels, the pieces to publish and the access needed before work starts.
Your agreed deliverables
- Two articles a month, up to 1,200 words each
- Two Google Business Profile posts
- Two Instagram caption drafts
- One revision round per article
- Agreed publishing with existing access
- A monthly Search Console review and progress note
A written quote before work starts. We agree the topic, schedule, approval process and any publishing access for one website. Technical repairs, rebuilds, extra pages, directory corrections, ads and account setup are quoted separately. Rankings, traffic and AI citations cannot be guaranteed.
How the work moves forward
- Set the scope and access.
We agree the two article topics, schedule, approval steps and which pieces will be published where. The quote covers one website and specified existing channels. Existing publishing and Search Console access must be available for the agreed work.
- Prepare and review the content.
I draft the two articles of up to 1,200 words each, two Google Business Profile posts and two Instagram captions. You check the service facts and give one revision round per article before publication approval.
- Publish the agreed pieces.
Approved content is published only where the quote includes it and existing access permits it. A monthly Search Console review and progress note record available observations and work completed; they do not promise a ranking or an AI citation.
One useful topic, adapted to the agreed channels
Illustrative example · fictional business · not a client result
For a fictional garden-maintenance business, one approved article might explain what to include in a maintenance enquiry. A Google Business Profile post could introduce the practical question and link to the article; an Instagram caption draft could invite readers to share what needs attention.
That illustrates how a topic can be reused. It is not a promise of extra monthly pieces, photography, image production or new-channel setup.
Before you choose this option
Which channels will you publish on?
Only the existing website and channels listed in the written quote, with agreed access and approved content. The tier includes two Google Business Profile posts and two Instagram caption drafts; the quote specifies which pieces are published and which are handed over as drafts.
Do you create accounts or fix the website?
New accounts, access grants, directory corrections, technical repairs, website rebuilds, extra pages, paid ads and work outside the agreed publishing list are separate. This plan does not include those changes by default.
What does the monthly review show?
The review uses available Search Console data and records relevant observations alongside completed work. We agree access before work starts. It cannot establish every enquiry source or guarantee improvements in rankings, traffic or AI citations.
